By incorporating water and stillness into your Sunday routine, you can prepare both your body and mind for the week ahead. Here’s how you can create your own Sunday reset:

1. Clear your space.
Begin by decluttering the area around your hot tub or spa. A clean environment promotes calmness and helps you feel more centered. You can even add small touches like a soft towel, your favorite candle, or a cozy blanket.

2. Set the scene.
Create a peaceful ambiance. Dim the lights, light a candle, and diffuse your favorite essential oils — lavender or eucalyptus work great. Let this be your space for complete relaxation.
